Prior to being elected as Mayor,\u00a0she\u00a0served as a Victoria City Councillor for one term, from 2011 to 2014.<\/p><p>Mayor Helps works at City Hall and in the community to ensure that the city is prosperous, affordable, sustainable, and ready for the future.
